Help with your account
Find your way back in and review the apps you have connected.
Use your email and password, a saved passkey, or a sign-in provider you have already linked to your account. Your passkey may be available on your device or in your password manager.

Request a password reset using your account email address. Check your inbox and spam folder for the message. For privacy, the request screen does not tell you whether an address has an account. If asked to wait before trying again, follow the time shown on the screen.
Never share the reset link. If you no longer have access to your email, try an existing passkey or linked sign-in method. This page cannot bypass proof that the account is yours.

A new app asks for approval even when you are already signed in to ClackID. Check the app name, domain and requested information. Cancel if you did not expect the request. Previously approved apps can sign you in again, and additional sign-in permissions require a new approval.
Review or revoke approval in Connected apps. Revoking approval does not delete the app's data or guarantee that its own session has ended. Use the app's settings to sign out or delete data there.
Open connected appsPlans and billing
Apps in the family sell their plans here, on checkout.clackis.com, so you pay in one place whichever app you use. Payment is taken by Stripe, and the charge shows as CLACKIS on your statement.
To change how you pay, or to cancel, open the plan from the app you bought it in and choose Manage payments and cancel. A cancelled plan runs to the end of what you paid for. Your receipts and past invoices are on the same payment page.
If somebody gives you a plan, the app shows it as a gift. It never shows who gave it, and they never see your card or your email address. A gift is theirs to change or cancel.
Deleting your ClackID account stops anything that could charge because of it before anything else is deleted.
